Refund policy

We want you to sleep better and wake up calmer. If Stillrise is not for you, here is how returns, refunds and warranty work. Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under the consumer law of the country where you live.

1. 30-night money-back guarantee

Try Stillrise for 30 nights from the day you receive it. If it is not for you, email us at levshop.co@gmail.com with your order number within those 30 days and return the band in its original box with the charger and strap. Once we receive it we refund the full product price to your original payment method within 14 days. The guarantee covers one band per customer; for bundles, the discount is recalculated on the bands you keep.

2. Right of withdrawal (EU, EEA and UK consumers)

Consumers in the EU, EEA and UK have a legal right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To use it, send us a clear statement (an email is enough, or use the form below) within the 14-day period and return the goods within 14 days of your statement. We refund the price and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the goods or proof that you sent them. You pay the return shipping cost. You may be liable for any reduction in value caused by handling the goods beyond what is needed to check them.

Model withdrawal form (copy into an email): "To [COMPANY LEGAL NAME], Reteče 68, 4220 Škofja Loka, Slovenia, levshop.co@gmail.com: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following goods: [product], ordered on [date], received on [date]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date]."

3. How to return

1. Email us with your order number and the reason (optional). We reply within 24 hours on working days with the return address and instructions.
2. Pack the band, charger and strap securely, ideally in the original box.
3. Ship it with a tracked service and keep the receipt. Return shipping is paid by you unless the product is faulty or we sent the wrong item.
4. We inspect the return and issue the refund within 14 days of receiving it. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

4. Faulty or wrong items

If your band arrives damaged, does not work, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, including shipping, and cover the return cost.

5. Warranty

Every Stillrise band comes with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. EU consumers additionally have a two-year legal guarantee of conformity. If a defect appears, email us with your order number, a description and photos or a short video. We repair, replace or refund at our choice, in accordance with the law. The warranty does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, unauthorised repairs, liquid exposure beyond the stated rating, or normal wear of the strap and battery capacity.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for a different colour or model. Return the product under the guarantee or withdrawal right and place a new order.

7. Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, spare straps that have been opened and worn cannot be returned unless faulty.
